Responsible for all the work we do directly with young people. She is an experienced actor and youth worker having worked with the Bristol Old Vic and other high profile arts organisations. She also has experience of working with disengaged young people.

Estates and Finance Director
Responsible for the 29 acre estate and buildings the Kingswood Foundation owns and runs. She has a background in film making and museums.

Estate Manager
Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the Estate and buildings. Chris is a qualified architect with a passion for young people and the arts.
