Acting Projects Director
Overseeing all the project work with young people at the Kingswood Foundation.
Aimee is a professional singer and can regularly be heard with bands such as Mango Factory. |

Artistic Director, Urban Academy
Responsible for the Urban Academy, the Kingswood Foundation’s programme of open access arts activities for young people.
Joe is an experienced arts manager with a background in music and theatre.

Estates Development Director
Responsible for the 29 acre estate and buildings the Kingswood Foundation own and run.
Derek is also an experienced fundraiser for the organisation and heads up new site development.

Finance & Operations Director
Responsible for the financial management and development of the Kingswood Foundation.

Estate Manager
Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the Estate and buildings.
Chris is a qualified architect with a passion for working with young people and the arts.

Office Manager
Responsible for the overall administration and day to day running of the Kingswood Foundation.
Kath has been a KF linchpin for over 3 years and is currently taken with hula hooping at lunchtimes! |

Emma has worked as an arts manager for over 15 years and has a background and keen interest in arts and well being.

Ben Nash
Arts Education Manager
Responsible for managing and overseeing the Arts 4 Life projects at the Foundation.
A former professional dancer Ben now uses those skills to teach Break Dance on some of the KF courses. |

Sam Astill
Estate Officer
Responsible for the general maintanence and security of the Estate. Sam ensures KF tenants are happy and the grounds and site look as good as possible. Sam also assists the KF projects when the opportuntity arises.
Sam's background is in gardening and maintenance and his interests are in open university study and creativity through music and art.
